Talk with those that were there! The French and Indian War (1755-1763) was the extension of the Seven Years War in Europe between England and France. It involved people on three continents and the
Caribbean and is considered by many to the true first world war.

Adirondack pioneer home life is presented in a 19th-century, 9-room restored farmhouse filled with local history. The collection includes artifacts of antique clothing, furniture, china, quilts and old photographs; horse-drawn farm equipment, old tools, and boats.
