Learn about Chestertown at the Museum of Local History! The Town of Chester Museum of Local History celebrates the rich past of the Chester and Pottersville regions of the Lake George Area. Guests to the museum will discover photographs, antiques, and artifacts. The museum is operated by the Historical Society of the Town of Chester.

The World Awareness Children’s Museum helps kids discover the world! The museum brings our diverse world to children through a play space, educational programs, and international children’s art exchange. Art and artifacts are featured in the museum’s hands-on learning space, go! These items are also used in educational programs and loaned to other museums,
businesses, and institutions for display.
GAILEY HILL SCHOOLHOUSE MUSEUM

Learn about Lake Luzerne’s past at the Gailey Hill Schoolhouse Museum! The Gaily Hill Schoolhouse Museum is a former one-room schoolhouse from the early days of Lake Luzerne. Artifacts in the museum include antique desks, furniture, historic photos, and the school bell. The schoolhouse served grades one through six from 1865-1937 and was never electrified. It has been restored and moved to the present site on Main Street.
CHAPMAN HISTORICAL MUSEUM

The Chapman Historical Museum is a restored house museum featuring furnishings and historical artifacts depicting life in Glens Falls, during the late 19th century. The museum is owned and operated by the Glens Falls/Queensbury Historical Association.

Historic train station where Vice President Roosevelt departed from the Adirondacks on September 14, 1901 to Buffalo where he was sworn in as the 26th President. History of alpine skiing, mining and historical train diorama. A Path Through History attraction. Local interest exhibits.
